About this course
Course overview
The CSWP course. We move from single-feature thinking to multi-body and master-model strategies, layer in advanced patterns and configurations, then introduce surfacing as a problem-solving tool — not an art form. Every module ends with a CSWP-style problem solved under time pressure so the exam format never surprises you.
Curriculum
What you'll cover
Multi-Body Modeling & Master Models
Body-driven design, bridge/insert/combine operations, master-model push to derived parts, and split features.
Advanced Patterns & Configurations
Curve-driven, fill, and table-driven patterns. Design tables and global variables for CSWP-style configuration problems.
Surfacing for Solid Modelers
Knit/extend/trim, boundary surfaces, replace face, and using surfaces to build features that cannot be done with solid features alone.
CSWP Exam Lab
Two timed CSWP-style mock segments (parts + modifications) with line-by-line debrief and the most common failure points.
Outcomes
By the end you'll be able to
- Model robust multi-body parts with master-model strategies
- Drive design intent with configurations and design tables
- Use surfacing as a practical solid-modeling tool
- Sit the CSWP exam with two timed mocks already under your belt
